Hurricane Irma has been downgraded to a tropical storm, but it is still slamming Florida with rain and winds over 70 mph. More than 5.7 million have lost power as a result of the storm.
Congressman Darren Soto (D-FL) joins from his district near Orlando, which unexpectedly ended up right in the center of the storm. Irma's last-minute turn forced Disney World to shut down for only the sixth time in its 45-year history.
Rep. Soto applauds the job Florida Governor Rick Scott has done handling the hurricane, but says he wishes Scott "took climate change seriously."
