Square opened its first physical store in New York City Wednesday. Business owners can swing by to receive customer service for the company's mobile payment product offerings. Square's Head of Hardware Jesse Dorogusker gave Cheddar a peek inside the space on opening day. Dorogusker says the store is key for customer outreach.
