Ellen Pao is out with a new book titled "Reset: My Fight for Inclusion and Lasting Change." The technology investor gained attention after suing her former employer, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, over gender discrimination in 2012. Two years after losing the case in 2015, Pao says she's encouraged by the progress in the technology industry, but that there's still a long way to go. She advocates for executives becoming more inclusive, more comprehensive, and holding people accountable through metrics.
