Discovery Communications is snapping up Scripps Networks for $14.6 billion to create a TV powerhouse. Discovery CEO David Zaslav and Scripps CEO Ken Lowe join us on set to break down the strategy behind the merger. Ken Lowe discusses why the merger makes sense for Scripps as well, saying both companies embody mirror images of culture and core values.
