The CEO of Hunter Peak Investments Michael Karsch joined Cheddar to talk about his investment in Juice Press, the fastest growing provider of non-processed food and beverages in the Tri-State area. Juice Press has expanded from 4 to 32 stores over the past four years, according to Karsch. The company also recently announced a partnership with Equinox gym that is set to grow the brand to over 70 stores by the end of 2017. “One of the things I’ve learned through speaking with mentors is you try to expand as contiguously as possible for as long as possible,” said Karsch on Tuesday. “There is something about being in the home market. You have the most eyes on it and the most accountability.”
