New York Stock Exchange President Tom Farley stopped by the Cheddar set to talk about the four IPOs taking place at the exchange on Thursday. The companies that traded publicly for the first time included: U.S Foods, Cotiviti, GMS, and Eaton Vance High Income 2021 Target Term Trust. "The IPO market right now is very, very good," Farley told Cheddar. "What I mean by that is if you look year-over-year we are down by about half through this point in the year, but all of our operating company IPOs here at the New York Stock Exchange have been within the last month." He added that there is also good momentum in the current market and about 12 companies that are circling June to list at the New York Stock Exchange including some big tech companies. Watch the interview here to learn about Farley's in depth take on the outlook for IPOs in 2016.
