Former Google engineer James Damore joined Cheddar to defend his 3,300 word essay claiming that women were "biologically" unfit to work in tech. What started out as just a Google document, meant to stay within company walls, turned into a viral and controversial memo that has caused significant tension.

Damore wanted to clear the air and express that he is not a mysogynist and actually wanted to help Google become more diverse. When asked whether there should be more female CEOs, Damore said it was possible, but he was not familiar enough with the topic.
