The co-founder of Flickr is taking on a new challenge...trying to convince consumers instant coffee can beat pour-over. Caterina Fake, chairman of Sudden Coffee, is an early investor in the company which is using crystalized coffee to speed up the brewing process, while maintaining flavor. Sudden Coffee has raised $3.3 million in funding, and is a graduate from Y Combinator.
