1m 25s
Students at the Yale School of Architecture have been building homes since 1967 as part of the Jim Vlock Building Project. This year, for the first time, they are teaming up with Columbus House, a nonprofit that helps house the homeless in New Haven, Connecticut. Project Director Adam Hopfner, Columbus House CEO Alison Cunningham, and Student Project Manager Dan Whitcombe explain what goes into this project, and why it's so important for the community.
