Rebecca Minkoff is a pioneer of the "see now, buy now" concept at New York Fashion Week. In an effort to to make fashion more accessible to the everyday shopper, the items that used to take 6 months to hit stores are now immediately available right after they hit the runway. Minkoff says flipping the calendar has made the fall collection the official kickoff of the selling season.
