3m 34s
Uber's first employee, Ryan Graves, is stepping down as the company moves further into a post-Travis Kalanick era. Graves sending a memo to employees saying that "it's clear...the stability of our board...the selection of our new CEO, and the empowerment of our management team is what is needed most." Graves, who was reportedly aware of the company's use of "greyball" software, which allowed Uber to evade authorities in certain areas, has reportedly not been a major presence in recent months.
