Co-founders of The Second Shift Jenny Galluzzo and Gina Hadley joined Cheddar to discuss their digital recruiting platform which addresses the needs of professional women looking for alternative jobs. The Second Shift matches a vetted network of women with high-end jobs that can be well-suited to fit even the most untraditional of lifestyles. “Unlike some of the other platforms out there, it is not a jobs board,” said Hadley. “We use our proprietary matching algorithm to match members that have the specific skills required for a certain job.”
