Melissa Ben-Ishay, co-founder and inspiration behind Baked by Melissa, brings tiny cupcakes to the set of Cheddar! Her new book "Caked by Melissa" comes out October 3rd and aims to inspire even the worst baker to get the creative juices flowing. She talks about starting the company after she was laid off from a corporate job. And even though there are 13 physical locations of her stores, Ben-Ishay says the tiny cupcakes ship so well that she's focused on expanding online sales, rather than a physical footprint. Plus, we test-taste the macaroons Melissa has whipped up for breast cancer awareness month.
