This Obama-era policy protects nearly 800,000 undocumented immigrants--who were brought to the United States by their parents--from deportation. Business leaders and politicians are speaking out against the president's decision to end DACA. The Hill staff writer Rafael Bernal explains why the move complicates plans for tax reform. Bernal says Trump is putting Paul Ryan in tough situation by moving this legislation forward on Capitol Hill. The controversy could make the slnpeaker's ability to pass tax reform and debt ceiling resolution more difficult.
