Farid discusses entrepreneurship, and how he got started in business by buying a flower shop at a young age. He talks about the business model behind Edible Arrangements' franchises, noting that it is "very entrepreneurial," where shop owners closely oversee each of their locations. At one point, Farid was managing four locations himself. We also talk about supply chain and the programs and systems the company uses to ensure deliveries stay fresh and taste good when they get to the customer's door.
