Recreational marijuana in Nevada is legal, but where can you smoke if you're a tourist and don't own a private residence? Well, the state has decided laws do not prohibit businesses from opening marijuana lounges. Danny Danko, Senior Cultivation Editor at High Times, joins Cheddar to explain what these lounges may look like. Danko says profitability of the lounges will be sky-high from the very beginning due to the fact that people who flock to Nevada to smoke don't have a legal area to do so. Plus, some studies show that crime around marijuana stores are higher, Danko addresses those stats and explains what the future of legalized marijuana looks like.
