Tasting Delmonico's Tribute Menu

Famed New York eatery Delmonico's is celebrating its 180th anniversary this month. Cheddar Anchor Baker Machado gets a first look at the special menu to celebrate the occasion, which features items from current top chefs, and is inspired by Delmonico's classic creations. The tribute menu will be available at the restaurant from September 14 to October 14. America's oldest restaurant is the birthplace of classics like the Delmonico Steak, Baked Alaska and Eggs Benedict.
