Nearly 42 million Americans are wondering where their next meal is coming from. To fight hunger on the homefront, Women's Health Magazine is holding its 6th annual "Run 10 Feed 10" event in New York City on September 17. The concept: run a 10K and feed 10 hungry people in your hometown. The event launched in 2012, and has raised enough money to provide 5 million meals to Americans. Laura Frerer-Schmidt, SVP and Managing Director at Women's Health, explains how viewers can get involved.
