Bannon names Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell as enemies of the Trump populist agenda. Dupree notes, "Bannon spoke the truth last night," adding that the two GOP leaders' inability to repeal and replace Obamacare was a huge disappointment for the White House and its supporters. But how much influence can Bannon have from outside the administration? President Trump's far-right base, led by Bannon, is reportedly readying for a "bloody September" against the GOP on issues like DACA and the debt ceiling.
