Kohl's is the latest brick-and-mortar retailer to partner with Amazon. The department store chain announced Wednesday it will roll out a smart home experience featuring Amazon products in 10 stores across the country. Ted Rubin, CMO of Brand Innovators and Co-Founder of Prevailing Path, says teaming up with Amazon makes Kohl's relevant again. Rubin says Amazon's purchase of Whole Foods is just the training wheels, and expects the e-commerce giant to make more acquisitions in the future.
