There's a black market emerging in Silicon Valley, and the ringleaders are sitting in their comfy offices at Instagram and Facebook doling out blue checkmarks for account handles. Kerry Flynn, Business Reporter at Mashable, tells us how some employees are getting thousands of dollars in exchange for the "Verified" status. Ironically, Flynn says, Instagram created the problem on its own because of its stringent verification process.
